Grumbacher® MAX® Water Mixable Linseed Oil, 2.5 oz.

This linseed oil is compatible with both water-mixable oils and traditional oil paints. It's the same professional quality, alkali refined linseed oil offered in our conventional Grumbacher medium range, but scientifically modified to be completely water-miscible. Max linseed oil creates a flexible film surface with a smooth finish, imparts gloss, and lubricates paints. 

No solvents are needed, this oil may be thinned with water. Clean-up is as easy as washing brushes and tools with soap and water.

For best results, do not pre-mix medium with water prior to blending with paint. To avoid wrinkling, apply in thin layers and allow to dry between coats.
